Founded in 2001, the company is headquartered in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil.

With the opening of the market in 1991 and the stabilization of the economy with the Real Plan in 1994, Brazil became part of a globalized world. Technological advancements, already established in the United States and Europe, began to take hold in Brazil.
